PJ Building Services has been in the industry for more than 30 years now, so I’m not surprised that it’s highly recommended. I actually went with them for my bathroom renovation, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I have to admit, though, that their array of services is pretty limited. They can only do kitchen and/or bathroom renovations, extensions, and loft conversions. If you want to renovate the full house, you’re better off with a different company.
The same thing can be said for commercial clients because this company only deals with homeowners.
That said, what I love most about this company is their communication. They’re easy to get a hold of, and they made sure to update us with every progress, which I appreciated.
The workmanship is excellent as well. The designs really honoured my vision, and the placement of all the elements like the tiles and the bathtub was superb. My bathroom ended up looking like the ones you’d see in fancy hotels!

Oh, and they’ve worked with landlords, too. HMOs renovation is one of their most sought-after services.
The people here are easy to deal with. You start with an initial consultation in which someone will stop by your place to survey the area and provide you with an honest quote. They’ll also explain all the possible solutions so you’ll be well-informed.
They’re also very accommodating. One client shared that there was an emergency at his property, and the team literally came late at night just to fix the issue and secure the building. That’s dedication!
Some clients complain about the team missing appointments, though. Even worse is that sometimes, they don’t even give a heads up. I can see why that would be frustrating.
