The Best Bathroom Renovation Services in Leeds Transforming Personal Spaces!
Ever thrown a party before, and one of your mates returned from the loo looking like they saw a crime scene? Yeah…happened to me 5 years ago, and our circle still teases me for it.
That one was on me, though. A professional renovation crew would’ve saved me the embarrassment, but I chose to ‘save cash.’
And before the penny-pinchers start grumbling, yes, they’re worth paying for. YouTube tutorials don’t have perks such as quality craftsmanship, legal compliance, reduced hazards, aftercare, and solid management plans.
I gathered the best local renovation crews, so you know your money won’t be wasted!
How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Leeds?
In Leeds, bathroom renovation usually averages £7,000, with prices often starting at £5,500 and reaching up to £8,000 on the higher end.
Adding luxury or personalised fixtures can push the price to £14,000-plus. However, if you’re just removing an old bathroom, expect to pay something between £600 and £1,000.
1. Coral Bathrooms & Kitchens

Address: Edgbaston Walk, Aldwoodley
Contact Details: 0113 261 0823
Operating Hours: Mon to Fri – 9 am to 5 pm
By going with Coral Bathrooms & Kitchens, I didn’t have to deal with other contractors. Most of the essentials are offered here, such as plastering, plumbing, tiling, and electrics.
Providing me with start-to-finish guidance worked in their favour as well. Their polite team threw me some slick design inspo and tackled the trickier work on time, mainly the sourcing and fitting bits.
There was no bouncing between staff members either. I only dealt with Daniel (the owner) the entire time, and so did most of our interviewees.
In terms of speciality, sorting out wet room and walk-in shower projects is what they do best. Setups are custom-fit to you, with practicality, safety, and style as the focus.
Of course, there are still snags. The lack of weekend slots is one of those, especially since most competitors operate on Saturdays.
I also wish they had a massive showroom within the Leeds city centre.
Love the Final Result
A massive thank you to Daniel and his team for installing our stunning new bathroom. Coral replaced our en suite 4 years ago and we were so delighted then, we knew who we would want when it came to updating the main bathroom. Daniel is rightly confident in the abilities of his team. Graham and Danny both worked with skill and precision on a tricky design with 2 stud walls and a wet room shower. Graham was a wizard working with the position and placement of new pipes and completed the final fix; Danny is an amazing plasterer and tiler who achieves a superb finish. Daniel kept the resources coming to allow the smooth running of the whole job and all three were just lovely guys. Just love the final result – can’t recommend them highly enough!

Delivered on Time
We had a downstairs bathroom fitted by Coral Bathrooms and I was very impressed with the service and result. Daniel organised everything exceptionally well, making sure all parts were delivered on time and the fit went to schedule. Graham did a great job of doing the bathroom fitting, taking time to perfect the smaller details and Dan was excellent at fitting the tiles – he even resolved an issue with the tiles having glue on them (which I ordered separately online) to ensure the finish was perfect. I would definitely recommend using Coral Bathrooms!

2. FixIt Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter

Address: 1, Marlborough Towers
Operating Hours:
- Mon to Fri – 7 am to 7 pm
- Sat – 10 am to 6 pm
On the scene since 2010, FixIt Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters’ longevity is a big clue that their service is bang on.
Clients have the option to go for a supply-and-fit or fitting-only project. Control over cost and convenience is a big perk these days.
Speaking of costs, their fees are right for Leeds. They can even match the price of most competitors.
On top of that, Mansoor, FixIt’s primary tradesperson, is rated well by the folks we chatted with. They described him as responsive, punctual, polite, and proactive.
You might end up waiting, though. This independent team isn’t Leeds’ largest, so schedules can get tight.
It’d also be convenient if they had a large showroom for feeling and seeing materials.
On a more positive note, you’ll have peace of mind, thanks to their 12-month guarantee, further backed by manufacturer warranties (only on the products they supply).
Very Good
Very big thanks to Mansoor, Naveed and his cousin (shame on me, as I cannot recall his name). They have done an amazing job quickly and at a competitive price. Pictures tell it better than I ever could, but I have to say, seeing them work, I know no corners were cut. This bathroom feels and looks amazing and I am sure it will last decades. Highly recommend FixIt kitchen and bathroom team. The guys are very good and have lots of experience and knowledge to back their work!

Friendly, Polite, Professional
I recently had my kitchen (bought elsewhere) fitted by FixIt Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter’s. The service provided by Mansoor was excellent. A friendly, polite, professional who worked tirelessly and diligently to overcome some issues he encountered (not of his making) to ensure I had the kitchen I envisaged. He clearly takes pride in completing work to a high standard, working full days until particular components were completed and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you again Mansoor.

3. The Kitchen & Bath Co.

Address: Wharfe Place, Town St, Rodley
Contact Details: 0113 204 7787
Operating Hours:
- Mon to Thu – 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Fri to Sat – 9:30 am to 4 pm
The Kitchen & Bath Co. has a sprawling showroom within 20 minutes of the Leeds CBD. They have eye-catching fittings and staff ready to gather your deets, sans the hard selling.
I love that the personnel there are also creative and technical. On my visit, they gave me advice to make the most of tight or awkward spaces.
World-renowned brands are their bread and butter, product-wise. Last time I checked, Vitra, Bayswater, Quooker, Merlyn, and AEG are on offer—all reputable names.
That comes with financial drawbacks, though. Premium quality and premium pricing go hand-in-hand.
Occasional communication hitches have also been raised. One client, for instance, piped up about the lack of scheduling updates.
Past that, they’re reliable, particularly if you prefer names that provide lots of design ideas. I mean, even their social media never runs out of design inspo!
They Were So Professional
We have recently had a bathroom fitted by The Kitchen & Bath Co. Rodley, Leeds. From the first visit to the showroom, Simon listened to our needs and the service he provided was exceptional. His attention to detail was so good. He was so patient as we kept changing our minds and his help, ideas and advice were invaluable as he designed our small bathroom giving maximum storage for the area. We were unsure how the different shades of grey would work together but they absolutely do and we are so pleased with the result.
The bathroom was fitted by Jimmy and Neil who were simply amazing. They were so professional and their workmanship was exceptional. They had a brilliant sense of humour and we developed such a good relationship with them we were almost sorry to see them go.
We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and would like to say a huge thank you to Simon, Jimmy and Neil for making the whole process such a success and we look forward to using this five-star company again in the near future as we repeat the whole process again for a new fitted kitchen.

Came Up with Great Designs
Simon understood our brief and came up with great designs. Was great to consult in the showroom and see examples of the products. He worked very quickly due to tight deadlines which was appreciated. He communicated very well throughout, including dealing directly with the building team. Sourced everything we needed, and almost on budget. Thank you!

4. Calibre Bathrooms

Address: Unit 10 Denbigh Approach
Contact Details: 07593 059475
Operating Hours: Mon to Fri – 9 am to 5 pm
Fifteen years deep, Calibre Bathrooms is among the longest-running picks on this list. They’re also one of the most complete, with a service list that includes full renovations, decorative work, and repairs.
Customer service is another strength. Andy pulls most of the praise; he’s cordial, does post-work cleanup, wraps up right on time, provides free advice, and personally handles the back-and-forth.
As for prices, past clients we talked to raved about getting fair quotes that came with a 12-month guarantee. They also brought up the clear, digestible breakdown of fees.
Weekends, however, aren’t on the cards. That’s bad news for folks only free on Saturdays and Sundays, especially once you factor in Calibre’s smaller size (one client waited for around 5 months).
You won’t find a showroom either (though personalised consults can still be arranged).
The silver lining? The company has a £2m liability insurance and all the necessary City and Guilds qualifications.
Friendly, Tidy, Hard-Working
Andy renovated our bathroom earlier this year and handled everything including knocking through a wall, plumbing, tiling, flooring and electrics. We’re really happy with the result and his attention to detail is second to none.
Andy was friendly, tidy, hard-working, reliable and competitively priced and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

So Professional
I can’t start to thank Andy at Calibre Bathrooms for an amazing job he did. I wanted to convert a bedroom to a bathroom. Andy was so professional he gave me loads of advice when I was planning where I wanted the Bath, Sink and Toilet. He’s done an absolute fantastic job.
I would fully recommend Andy.

5. Watertight Bathrooms Yorkshire

Address: 118-120 New Rd Side, Horsforth
Contact Details: 0113 511 4114
Operating Hours:
- Mon to Fri – 9 am to 5 pm
- Sat – 9:30 am to 4 pm
The CHAS-approved Watertight Bathroom deals in the posh stuff. If you’ve been to their Horsforth showroom, you’d know their products are sourced from luxury European suppliers.
Now here’s the bit I love most: you’ll get a dead-clear visual of your dream bathroom. Unlike most names here, they have in-house designers who provide CAD drawings plus a 30-minute consult.
That said, this pick is obviously not the most budget-friendly choice. Suppliers like Ambience Bain, Adamsez, and Novellini aren’t exactly known as bargain brands.
Their customer service front has also gotten a few complaints. Recurring grumbles mention disinterested and less-than-friendly personnel (in-store).
On the bright side, their price tags are usually upfront and consistent.
Watertight’s offerings are also broad. They handle mobility/ensuite bathrooms, cloakrooms, wetrooms, and shower rooms, with a 2-year labour warranty and on-site surveys to boot.
We didn’t hear moans about missed deadlines either.
12 Out of 10 Job
So happy with the entire process from initial visit to the showroom, survey visit, presentation and installation! Everything done in good time and to such a high standard, the installer did a 12 out of 10 job, such a high finish, and was a really nice guy, always smiling and keen to get on with the job. No reservations about leaving him to work while I was out, always came back to a tidy space overnight and fantastic clean up at the end of the job. Would highly recommend the company and the installer 😊

Excellent Finish
Very happy with the whole process. We choose to use a firm that offered a full service as we didn’t want to do it all ourselves and Watertight did not disappoint. The initial design service was great, we spent a good amount of time with Tim explaining what we wanted and the design he produced was great and not something we had considered ourselves. He wasn’t trying to push the most expensive fixtures & fittings and offered us a range of options but also gave an opinion on where he thought spending a little more would give us the best return. The main fitter (Brandon) was excellent as were the other fitter (Martin) and electrician (Luke) and everything was completed to a very high standard with an excellent finish. The guys made minimal mess which was impressive considering they took everything back to the bare brick before installing the new bathroom. A couple of minor design changes were required when work got underway but they were handled really well. We had a minor issue after the work was completed but that was rectified quickly & easily. I would highly recommend Watertight Bathrooms.
