1. Wizu Workspace

Address: The Leeming Building, George St
Contact Details: 0113 468 9300
Operating Hours: Mon to Fri – 9 am to 5:30 pm
Tailored to any business size, Wizu Workspace is a no-brainer for folks who want to elevate their gains and image.
To start, their prices are within reach. Fees are reasonable even for start-ups, with packages kicking off at £45.
Lease terms are also flexible, and we’re yet to encounter clients who complained about hidden fees.
Best of all, you get a prestigious city-centre address minus a physical office’s overhead. The basic package will get you this, including mail handling.
If you want more perks, premium packages are available, ranging from £60 to £115. Some extras include company house use, call answering, and even meeting room access, with discounts to boot.
The downside is you can’t deal with them on the weekends. One client also mentioned some delays in updates.
Other than that, their record is spot on. If you visit the physical office, you even get unlimited coffee!

2. Regus – Leeds, Wellington Place

Address: 2 Wellington Pl
Contact Details: 0800 060 8702
Operating Hours: Daily – 24 hours
Located in bustling Wellington Place, Regus will give you a prestigious business address. This address can be used on your website, official documents, or marketing materials, giving your company credibility.
The packages have the essentials, too. You’ll find flexible mail handling and expert call-answering services baked right in.
Better yet, you can tweak your receptionist’s script for branding consistency.
Note, however, that their prices are slightly higher. The professional address and mail handling start at £99 a month, and the live receptionist service bumps it up to £169 monthly.
That said, the perks are worth a gander. You’ll get access to Regus’ business lounges across the globe, perfect if you’re on the move.
Their team also helps with legal requirements across most jurisdictions, and the addresses can be shifted around whenever needed.
The on-site reception needs polishing, though. Some clients have flagged it as rude.

– Olukemi Ann Kupoluyi, Google Review

3. Avenue HQ Leeds

Address: 10-12 E Parade
Contact Details: 0800 368 8478
Operating Hours: Mon to Fri – 8 am to 6 pm
Avenue HQ easily ticks our ‘professional address’ criterion with its prime East Parade location.
Though a touch pricier, their £95 monthly fee includes extras, like mail handling and access to their handy app. Eagle Lab support is also included, which is fantastic for startups.
There’s more to the deal, too. For one package, you’ll snag a 15% discount on meeting rooms when you need them, plus access to exclusive networking events. Oh, and you’ll get a one-day pass for any of their Leeds or Liverpool offices.
Pricing is also clearly communicated, with the bonus of terms being flexible. No surprises or contract-locking here.
However, the weekend closure might be a minor annoyance. But the real headache is their occasional lack of responsiveness to queries, as mentioned by previous clients.
Aside from that, they’re a great option, particularly if you’re looking for a place known for its friendly, approachable team.
Super Flexible
‘We had a fantastic experience at Avenue HQ. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, with great communication throughout. They were also super flexible with our needs, which made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend this space for any event!’
– Crispin Read, Google Review

4. Clockwise Leeds – Coworking & Office Space

Address: Yorkshire House, Greek St
Contact Details: 0113 521 7060
Operating Hours: Mon to Fri – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Clockwise fills a niche by offering remote workers a modern and airy office experience. However, if you’re only after a simple professional address or mail handling, they may not be the right fit.
For starters, packages naturally come with a higher price tag, kicking off at £135 a month.
But if you’re up for it, you’ll get a host of pros, starting with a professional business address, a dedicated phone number, and discounted meeting spaces for when you need to impress clients or partners.
Your membership also unlocks classic office amenities, namely naturally-lit breakout spaces and complimentary refreshments to keep you fuelled through the day.
Another standout benefit is the member portal, where you can network with fellow startups or entrepreneurs, from small businesses to big-time brands.
The car park might be a concern, though. It’s often tight, which can eat up your time and test your patience.
Couldn’t Have Asked for More
‘On behalf of CM Medical, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Clockwise Leeds and the whole team for their support and making us feel incredibly welcome as a start-up business! Couldn’t have asked for more.’

5. Orega

Address: St. Paul’s House, 23 Park Square S
Contact Details: 0800 840 5509
Operating Hours: Mon to Fri – 8:30 am to 6 pm
With a prime business address like St. Paul’s House in the city centre, Orega’s virtual office is definitely worth the investment.
Along with the professional address, clients benefit from mail handling and a tailored phone answering system.
The downside is that the packages aren’t all-inclusive. The mail handling and business address services are separate, which can get expensive if you need both.
Granted, the Virtual Office Pro package bundles everything together, but at £119 a month, it’s not exactly cheap. The silver lining is it covers must-haves, including managed reception and access to Orega’s business lounges, even those in London and Manchester.
They are closed on weekends though, so that’s something to keep in mind.
If that’s not a deal-breaker, you’ll enjoy more upsides. A notable one is their quick and professional customer service, along with flexible leasing, making the transition to a physical office seamless (if the need arises).
The Customer Service Team Are Excellent
‘I cant speak highly enough of this office. The location is great and clients regularly comment on the building and the park. Parking outside is usually available, and is great for clients who only need to pay a couple of quid for the duration of a meeting.
Once inside the customer service team are excellent in every way. They greet the client, and receive documents for me when I am not there. It is the strength of the Customer Service Team that I renewed my contract when it expired.’

High Level of Service
‘Fantastic office space and location. We are a FinTech company providing Business Banking services. The building is clean, tidy and the communal areas are modern and very well kept. There is ample parking, and we are close to transport links. The customer service is second to none, we feel confident and proud to invite our clients to our office premises, knowing the building, facilities and services is in keeping with the high level of service we provide our clients.
Lisa has been brilliant, she has single handily managed to resolve all our moving-in enquires and needs. We have also heard great comments about Courtney and Sammy from other people in the building. Looking forward to working from here.’
